See the photo you took of yourself 5 years ago. The one that at that time you hated. You thought you weren't pretty enough, sexy enough, slim enough....insert any other negative reasoning you felt then. Well guess what, I bet you look back at it now and actually like it. But here's the thing the selfie you take today that you dislike will be a favourite in a few years’ time. You ARE perfect exactly as you are right now. Life is so very, very short don't waste it doubting yourself, doubting your abilities or criticising yourself.
I distinctly remember when I had to wear an eye patch I was so embarrassed. I hated it. Years later, (when I no longer wore said patch), dozens of people would come up to me and tell me it was the sexiest, coolest thing they'd ever seen. I genuinely regret that I didn't find the confidence to rock that patch because clearly the only person hating on it and feeling foolish having to wear it was me.
When I couldn't walk I hated on my body too. I still can't walk in heels even to this day and at times that upsets me......as though I'm less than because of it. Shame on me. I read a quote once that has always stuck with me. It appears on my 'Top Tips' page too:
“Do you realise how much your body loves you? It’s always trying to keep you alive. It’s making sure you breathe while you sleep, stopping cuts from bleeding, fixing broken bones, finding ways to beat the illnesses that might get you. Your body literally loves you so much. It’s time you start loving it back."

So, post the damn photo. Share your sexy if you want, flaunt your curves, show your smile, post whatever you want. Take chances, pursue your dreams. Live your damn life:
"Time is growing short......
You can’t live the rest of your life worried about what other people think......
Courage and daring are coursing through you." (Brenee Brown).
Lets not wait until we are 73 to embrace our bodies. To look back and think of our beauty: "how did I miss it? Lets not wait another moment."
